RULES FOR EXTEMPORE SPEECH

1.      Participants have to speak on a topic which will be selected by them from a bunch of topics given at that time.

2.      Participant has to speak only in English.

3.      Participants have a minute to organize their thoughts and up to 3 min for speaking.

4.      No extra time will be allowed and a warning bell will ring after 2 min.

5.      Participants will not be allowed to take any paper or material with them during speech.

6.      Participants must carry their receipt.
